So I didn't fully switch to Sony in January of 2025... I kept most of my Fuji lenses and my Made in Japan X-T3. And the Sony's are just not all that inspiring to shoot with. I find I reach for the Fuji's when I'm headed out the door... And what really tipped me back to Fuji was when they announced that the X-T5's were now being made in Japan for the first time. So I bought a Silver X-T5 and a Black X-T5 both Made in Japan, and I just picked up a silver XE-5 for EDC. My silver X-T5 came with the Xf 16-50 2.8-4.8 "kit" lens and it's a winner.

Fuji X-T5 - Everything I could wish for in a stills camera for landscapes. Small-ish, lightweight, WR, no flippy screen but a 3 way tilty screen plenty of resolution and a smoothness to the images that is as close to film as you can get with a digital camera. And they're just fun to shoot with.

Fuji X-E5 - A huge improvement over the X-E4. IBIS, the Processor 5, 40mp sensor. I wish it had WR and the 235 battery but it will do until the XPro-6 comes along - if Fuji doesn't screw it up.

Zoom Lenses
XF 10-24mm - My copy is great even on a 40mp sensor. But I just got lucky as there are QC issues with this lens. (I just recently added the Sigma 10-18mm for Fuji, and it's better than the XF 10-24mm. Lighter, smaller, cheaper and sharper. What's not to love?)

XF 16-50mm "kit" lens - This is a great lens. Small, WR, lightweight and very sharp! A perfect travel/landscape lens.
XF 55-200mm - The price and the weight, size and image quality are all great. The build quality is first class. (See Lensrentals Teardown of this lens.) It's one of my oldest Fuji lenses and still works great. I'd use it more but the XF 70-300mm has kinda replaced it in my bag...

XF 70-300mm - This is the lens that makes full frame look really bad... 105 - 450mm FF equivalent for 1/3rd the weight size and price. And it's sharp at 300mm. It has WR, and it's just a great lens.

A note about Sony - I still have the A7Cr and A7cII along with the Zeiss 24-70, 35mm and 55mm. Plus the Tamron 20/24/35 and 70-300mm. The prices of new gear are going up fast and it's worth hanging on to all this for now. I may sell it in the future or I may find it all complements my Fuji gear. The good news is I don't have to do anything with it all right now.
